Harris Jayaraj confirmed for 'Ajith 55'

Finally, official announcement has been made that Harris Jayaraj will be scoring music for Ajith 55, which is directed by Gautham Menon. Producer AM Rathnam has confirmed that the music composing has begun today.

Harris Jayaraj and Gautham Menon had given many chart-busters together till Vaaranam Aayiram, after which they parted ways with a letter from Harris stating that "it's better for us to part ways as good friends leaving behind some beautiful memories". In Cinema and Politics, that is why one would say "Never Say Never". The music buffs are really looking forward to  this dream combo, who are coming together after 6 years and rekindle some magic.

Similarly, another combination that has never worked out in the past due is Harris Jayaraj and Ajith Kumar. They were both slated to come together in the pre-production stage and later the producers would usually back-off due to budgetary constraints. Finally, this 'first time ever' combination has become a reality under AM Ratnam's banner.
