Suriya - Venkat Prabhu film goes on floors

Suriya's next film with director Venkat Prabhu began today with an official 'pooja'. However, Suriya will be joining the shooting of this untitled flick only by June, as he is yet to complete his portions in Lingusamy's Anjaan.

The movie will be of a new genre as Venkat Prabhu tweeted "Trying something new! Can't reveal the genre now! A new Suriya guaranteed!" Produced by  Studio Green, Shruti Haasan is likely to pair up opposite Suriya again, after 7 aum Arivu. Music for the film will be scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
