Kochadaiiyaan finally gets a release date

Superstar's Kochadaiiyaan is one of the most awaited films this year. After several postponements finally 'Kochadaiiyaan' gets a release date and is gearing up to release on May 9. Soundarya Rajnikanth posted on her social networking page, "I am extremely happy to share that Kochadaiiyaan is slated for release on May 9th!" The release date will be officially announced through newspaper ads by this weekend. 

Kochadaiiyaan features the unique visual mastery of Photorealsitic Performance Capture Technology for the very first time in the history of an Indian film. The film is an epic dramatisation of the good versus evil starring Superstar Rajinikanth in a double role. The start cast includes Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, Sarath Kumar, Aadhi, Shobana and others. Music is by AR Rahman.

The audio and trailer of the film has been received well by the audience. The film is set to release in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Bhojpuri, Punjabi and Bengali in India and overseas. It is produced by Eros International and Media One Global Entertainment.
