Parthiepan in Dhanush Vetrimaran film

Dhanush and Vetrimaran have started shooting for their third project after Polladhavan and Aadukalam. The film went on floors on March 8 in Chennai. Dhanush will be sporting a clean shaven look. The leading lady of the film is yet to be finalised. R Parthiepan will he playing a key role. The untitled project is produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar films.

Manisha Yadav out of Vijay Sethupathi's Idam Porul Eval

Manisha Yadav of Vazhakku En fame was roped in to play the female lead opposite Vijay Sethupathi in Idam Porul Eval directed by Seenu Ramasamy of Neerparavai fame. The film went on floors earlier this month at Kodaikanal. Vishnu Vishal plays the other male lead in the film. 

Manisha who had shot a few scenes in the film has been dumped from the film as she didn't suit the character and that she wasn't able to deliver the dialogues well. Manisha was instead offered to play the lead role opposite Vishnu which she had refused. The actress who is disappointed with the director's decision has decided to file a case in the Nadigar Sangam seeking compensation on this issue.
