Vijay & AR Murugadoss movie to begin Pongal 2014

With Thalaivaa completely wrapped up and Jilla proceeding at brisk pace, Vijay and AR Murugadoss are expected to come together as early as January 2014. AR Murugadoss is currently busy shooting Thuppakki in Hindi with Akshay Kumar and progressing on schedule.

AR Murugadoss is simultaneously working with his Assistant Directors in tightening the script. It is widely believed that this is the same script that was originally developed for Ajith to act in a double role. The movie was even tentatively titled "Rettai Thalai". The team is currently making some minor adjustments to the script to suit Vijay. We will have to "wait" and watch whether Vijay will get to play the dual roles in this upcoming AR Murugadoss movie.
