Breaking - Ajith 's Film Title Changed to Kanni Rasi

First time director Muthukumar's upcoming film Kaadhal Mannan which was titled after Ajith's 1998 flick of the same name has undergone a title change. Speaking exclusively to MovieCrow the director was quoted as saying,

"We have changed the film's title from Kaadhal Mannan to Kanni Rasi as we feel it would be more apt to the subject we are dealing. Pandiarajan sir plays Vimal's father..film is progressing at a brisk pace"

Interestingly, the original Kanni Rasi movie (1985 Prabhu-Revathy starrer) was the directorial debut of Pandiarajan himself, who now plays the lead's father 30 odd years later. Touted to be a romantic comedy, the new Kanni Rasi has Varalaxmi Sarathkumar playing female lead along with Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu and Sabbita Roi among others.
