Actor Vishal's Irumbu Thirai which was earlier supposed to be releasing for Pongal next year had an official third look release today and the poster reveals that the film will be releasing on January 26, 2017 i.e. on Republic day. The film which has Vishal playing an Army officer is said to be on cyber terrorism and is produced by Vishal's home banner.
 
Irumbu Thirai which has Samantha Akkineni playing female lead will next have an audio launch on December 27, 2017. The film is directed by debutant P.S. Mithran and has Arjun playing an important role in the film. The technical crew of the movie includes Yuvan Shankar Raja for the music, George C Williams for the camera and Reuben for the edits. The film is a production venture of Vishal Film Factory.
