After Telugu Cinema, Rajinikanth's 2.0 faces trouble in Bollywood


Yesterday, we had reported about how the producers of the Telugu film industry were unhappy with the new release date (April 27, 2018) of the Rajinikanth starrer 2.0 (details here). Added to this, the film will also be meeting with some tough competition at the Bollywood box-office as biggies like the Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi and Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War are releasing on the same date. The Shankar directorial will also be meeting Tiger Shroff's sequel to his super-hit film Baaghi, all of whom seem to have an upper hand in the Bollywood turf. 

Will Akshay Kumar and the relatively Bollywood-familiar Amy Jackson be able add to Rajinikanth's timeless popularity and salvage Lyca Productions' 2.0 at the box-office, is something only time can tell.
