  3. Would someone at the rank of an inspector be appointed to spy over higher Police officers?
  4. Why would a no-wrong doer Amala Paul hesitate to share her problems with her husband?
  5. Both Bobby Simha and Prasanna are the bad guys. Then why the punishment for only one?

These were the 5 questions posted at the end of a recent film review of director Susi Ganesan's latest release Thiruttu Payale 2. They also happen to be the common questions lingering in the minds of people who've watched the film, including our reviewer whose emphasis on point no. 4 was visible in MovieCrow's review of Thiruttu Payale 2.  Putting the debate surrounding his film to rest once and for all, the creator himself responds to these wondering with the following answers :

Question : Climax could have ended here. Why Malaysia / Thailand?
Answer : The dream of an overseas life has to be shown to the wife. Even the President of North Korea commits his crime in Malaysia. why? A smart person does his crime, outside his place.

Question : Why should an investigative Police officer seek the help of a Private Investigator?
Answer : Just like the police officer in the film Nayagan approached Nayakkar to save his daughter. I have met officials who have approached private detectives out of lack of trust on their Police subordinates.

Question : Would the work of spying on higher officials be given to Police inspectors?
Answer : A higher official should only do. But a top officer's search is for a loyal person even if he is an inspector. Boring Job. Your head will start aching after 1 hour of eaves-dropping. Higher officers do supervising only.

Question : Why does a no-wrong doer Amala Paul hesitate to tell her husband?
Answer : "I have spoken about many personal happenings between Selvam and me. He has recorded all of it." (Dialogue of Amala Paul's). What does personal between a husband and a wife mean? She is in trouble after having such in-depth talks.

Question : Both of them are bad..Why punishment for only one of them?
Answer : What is a bigger punishment than loosing the hidden money and dream? (indicating punishment of Bobby Simha's). If Balki (Prasanna) was equivalent to dead, Selvam (Bobby Simha) was equivalent to dead as well.
