Was the suicide letter written by Ashok Kumar, asks Anbu Chezhian's Gopuram Films

In the suicide case of director Sasikumar's cousin and co-producer Ashok Kumar, team Anbu Chezhian (who has been mentioned by the deceased as the reason for his decision to hang in the suicide note) has finally opened up. In a letter addressed by R. Murali, manager of Anbu Chezhian's Gopuram films, he claims that the company has never done business with Ashok Kumar and he doubts if the suicide note has actually been written by Ashok Kumar as claimed.

Here is a detailed account of the letter :

Sir,

In Today's dailies and television news, it was shown that a person by the Mr. Ashok Kumar has committed suicide and that he has written a letter. It is also shown that he has written some words in that letter. Is the letter which is said to be penned by Ashok Kumar really written by him? The person Ashok Kumar is an assistant of Mr. Sasikumar. We have never had any money transactions with Ashok Kumar. For producing film, Mr. Sasikumar only had obtained money from us. Ashok Kumar who has had no business transactions with us, mentioning our name is both shocking and surprising to us. People get money from us and produce films. They settle that money when the film releases. This is the prevailing practice of cinema.

Without any own investment some people come for producing films. With the trust in them, we lend money without any security. These people get money from many for their film. But rather than producing a film, these peole lead a luxurious life with home, car and cause inconvenience to us who have lent them the money. Using incidents like this, it seems a group is roaming with the intention of fraudulence. We are in the cinema business for the past 20 years. We have never had any complaints on us.

Moreover, we'd like to say that the letter which is said to be written by Ashok Kumar doesn't have an ounce of truth in it.
