Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt starrer Dragon becomes Brahmastra

The title of director Ayan Mukerji's highly ambitious upcoming film with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan was revealed by producer Karan Johar on the eve of Big B's birthday. Titled Brahmastra, the film is a fantasy adventure trilogy and the first part of it will hit theatre screens on August 15, 2019.

Karan Johar's Dharma Productions is collaborating with Fox Star Studios in producing this project series which was earlier titled Dragon. Recently, reports about Ranbir undergoing horse-riding and gymnastics training had surfaced online. However, the director has described the film to have romance as a core element despite the intense action involved in the film.
