Adult comedy Hara Hara Mahadevaki is doing good business all over TN. The target youth audience has connected well with the film, despite weak content. Great marketing, the long opening weekend, controlled budget and the impressive pre-release promos have done the trick.

After the first 4 days, the film has grossed around 6 CR in TN (58 lakhs in Chennai city). This makes it another fruitful outing for Gautham Karthik this year, after Rangoon and Ivan Thanthiran. HHMD also proves that there is a big market for adult comedies with known faces in the cast
