Actor Vishal's Irumbu Thirai is all set to hit theatre screens for Pongal next year i.e January, 2018, says official confirmation. The film will be meeting the mega-budgeted 2.0 featuring Rajinikanth, Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar, at the box-office. 

Irumbu Thirai is directed by debutant P.S. Mithran and has Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Arjun playing important roles. The technical crew of the movie includes Yuvan Shankar Raja for the music, George C Williams for the camera and Reuben for the edits. The film is a production venture of Vishal's home banner, Vishal Film Factory.
