Samuthirakani joins Vijay Milton's Goli Soda 2 

Vijay Milton's upcoming film Goli Soda 2 is by far his most publicized film. A sequel to Milton's 2014 sleeper hit Goli Soda, the film is back in the news for roping in actor-director Samuthirakani for a pivotal role in it. The National award winner is said to be playing a suspended police constable and his role is the one that connects all the characters and brings them together in the film. 

Touted to be about four youngsters who are put to fight for their identitiy, Goli Soda 2 has the sports of Basketball as one of its main elements. Produced by Rough Note Productions, the film also starrs Bharath Seeni, auto driver turned actor Annadurai among others. With Achu Rajamani for the music, the movie is expected to hit theatre screens in January 2018.
