Satellite rights of Sivakarthikeyan's Velaikkaran gets bagged

Post the release of an interesting first look, the development on Sivakarthikeyan starrer Velaikkaran is that its satellite rights have been bagged. Interestingly, Vijay TV network which was the stepping stone in Sivakarthikeyan's Television career has bought the satellite rights of his upcoming film. Producer of the film, R.D. Raja seemed to be the most ecstatic at this development and issued this following statement :

"Mohan Raja impressed us all with his terrific outing in Thani Oruvan and we are sure to repeat the magic once again. Besides, Sivakarthikeyan, Vijay TV and 24 AM Studios are like a family. This synergy will be great and helpful in the efficacy of promotions." 

Also starring Fahad Faasil, Nayanthara, Sneha, RJ Balaji, Satish, Rohini among others, Velaikkaran has music by Anirudh Ravichander and is releasing on September 29, 2017.
