Tubelight is a period drama set in the backdrop of 1962, Indo-Sino war. The movie stars Salman Khan, Chinese Actress Zhu Zhu, Sohail Khan and Om Puri in pivotal roles. 

This is the third time Salman is collaborating with director Kabir Khan after their much successful movie together, such as Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Majority of the film has been shot in Ladakh and Manali. The movie is salted to release on 23rd June, 2017.
