Anushka Sharma to do a cameo in Sanjay Dutt Biopic

Anushka Sharma’s Phillauri has released and she is all set to do a cameo in the Sanjay Dutt biopic starring Ranbir Kapoor. 

She denied rumours that she was playing a journalist or his girlfriend in the film. She was cited in Deccan Chronicle saying, “I am doing a cameo in the film but you all should be very excited for it. It will be a very good film. I am not playing his girlfriend, or a journalist, my character is the only fictional character in the film. It is not based on any living person that much I can tell.”

In Sanjay Dutt Biopic, Sonam Kapoor plays one of his love interest from the ’80s. Karishma Tanna plays another girl Sanjay falls for whereas Dia Mirza essays the role of Manaayata Dutt and Manisha Koirala and Paresh Rawal play the role of Dutt’s parents.
