Samantha's look from Thiagaraja Kumaraja's film

The recently engaged Samantha Ruth Prabhu shared a glimpse of her role from her upcoming movie with director Thiagarajan Kumaraja of Aaranya Kaandam fame. Revealing the genre of the movie to be a romantic comedy, the actress gained quite a lot of attention for the butcher-sized knife she was seen holding over what persumably seemed like an unconscious man.

Interestingly, this isn't the first quirky image to have been released from the sets of the movie-in-the making. A while ago, an image featuring the lead actor Vijay Sethupathi, dressed up in a saree and long tresses click here to view, had gained a considerable amount of attention as well. 

Also starring Mollywood star Fahad Fassil, this yet untitled film has PC Sreeram for cinematography and Yuvan Shankar Raja for the music.
