AR Rahman's crowd-sourced version of Urvasi song goes viral

One of the most popular songs of composer AR Rahman Uravsi Urvasi was re-orchestrated at the MTV Unplugged event recently. What's special about the song is that instead of sticking to the original lyrics, the composer went ahead with crowd-sourced lyrics. Towards the end of last year, he had asked his fans and followers to come up with suggestions of new lyrics for the song. He even went on to post the list of selected lyrics with credits to the fans who suggested them. Now, the official page of MTV unplugged has released the song video and it has gone viral among the fans. Take a look at the video here :
