Buzz : S3 to release on Republic day?

Actor Suriya's higly anticipated movie of the year S3 which is also the third part of the Singham franchise has been delayed twice from the pre-announnced release dates. First it was moved from Decmber 16, 2016 to December 23, 2016 paving the way for Ramcharan starrer Dhruva. Then makers announced further delay citing unavoidable reasons. Now industry sources predict that the movie could be released for republic day i.e. January 26, 2017 as the Pongal slot has been reserved by a number of movies already. However, an official conformation on the same is awaited from the team.

Directed by Hari, the movie also starrs Anushka Shetty and Shruthi Haasan in lead roles. With Harris Jayaraj for the music, the movie has been produced by K.E.Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green and will be released by Eros International.
