Hollywood star Al Pacino and Dhanush to work in a movie together?

At a time when Indian celebrities featuring in Hollywood flicks is still considered a thing of wonder, Dhanush and his director Karthik Subbarajhave managed to do the unimaginable. If reports are anything to go by then the iconic Hollywood actor Al Pacino has been approached to play a role in their upcoming Tamil movie. The team had initially wanted Morgan Freeman but then they went knocking at doors of The Godfather actor after things fell through with Freeman. Apparently major portions of this yet untitled movie is to be shot in the US. So for change of location would not be a problem for any Hollywood actor. 

An official confirmation on the same is awaited from the names involved. This upcoming venture which is about to create history by being the first of its sorts to rope in a A listed Hollywood star, is tipped to be produced by Sri Thenandal Films.
