Surya's 'Singam 2' starts rolling this month

Hari is all set to begin the shooting of ‘Singam 2’, sequel of his blockbuster film ‘Singam’ by the end of this month. Surya, Anuskha, Hansika play lead roles. The pre-production work of the film is currently progressing in full swing. Devi Sri Prasad who is composing the tunes has tweeted, “Having fun in the studio composing for Singam 2! Surya came and spent some time. We all had a great time!”

The shooting is likely to begin on September 26 in Thoothukudy. A special kuthu song is to be canned in the first schedule. The director is keen in roping a top actress for the song to shake legs with Surya. Nayanthara’s name seems to be topping the list. While Shriya is also being considered, the director also has not ruled out the possibility of a Bollywood babe appearing in the song. The final call will be taken based on their availability of dates.
