Samantha to star opposite Sivakarthikeyan in Ponram film

The successful actor - director duo Sivakarthikeyan and director Ponram is all set to join hands for the third time after Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan. The latest new regarding the movie is that Samantha has been roped into play the female lead role opposite Sivakarthikeyan.

Imman will be scoring the music. The shoot for the movie is expected to kick start by the last week of December.  Soori will be providing the comic relief. The movie will be produced by RD Raja of 24 Am Studios.
