Aamir Khan To Replace Hrithik Roshan In 'Thug'?

Yash Raj Films' upcoming film Thug  has all the elements of a good entertainer, but finalising the cast for the film has become an uphill task.

Hrithik Roshan was earlier slated to start work on Thug, but the light-eyed actor was more kicked about his upcoming film Kaabil and Thug got pushed back. After Hrithik, buzz is that Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has recently opted out of the project.

The action-adventure flick will be helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, who directed Dhoom 3, and now there's a strong buzz that the makers want to replace Hrithik with Aamir Khan. Sources said that Aamir and Vijay share a great working relationship since Dhoom 3 and hence the makers want to take the project to Aamir.

The film was originally scheduled to roll in January this year, but has still not gone on floors as the makers are yet to finalise the lead actor. Apart from that Thug is yet to get a leading lady too.

Meanwhile, Aamir is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film Dangal.
