Exciting tidbits on Rajinikanth's Kabali

Exciting tidbits on Rajinikanth's Kabali

While interacting during the Telugu audio launch of Kabali, director Pa Ranjith revealed some interesting information about the film.

Check out the snapshot of his interaction:

  • Kabali revolves around Tamil people, who were taken to Malaysia by the British to work in rubber factories. Rajinikanth plays Kabali, who fights for the rights of Tamil people and he eventually becomes a don to safeguard them.
  • Radhika Apte will be also seen as a revolutionist.
  • Younger version of Rajinikanth will be seen only for 20 minutes in the whole film.
  • Even though the movie is like a biography of a don, there will be an emotional connect in the film.
  • Interestingly, Kabali is the only script which was narrated by Ranjith to Rajinikanth. Rajinikanth was very impressed with the script and he agreed to do the film after Ranjith's 1.5 hour narration session.
