Vijay's birthday special - Infographic on the Darling of Masses

Vijay, fondly called as the Darling of Masses, is celebrating his birthday today. He has so far acted in 59 films and his 59th film, Theri was one of the biggest blockbusters in his career. Everytime the critics write him off, he has come back stronger and delivered a blockbuster, just like how he bounced back with Theri after Puli's failure.

Vijay is currently working with director Bharathan of Azhagiya Tamil Magan fame. The actor is also in talks with Sivaji Productions for a film, which may be helmed Atlee again. There is also an unconfirmed buzz that director Shankar might rope in Vijay for a multi-starrer after completing 2.0.
