Shocking: Suriya's 24 pirated copy shot at PVR Cinemas on release day  

In a shocking revelation, Qube Cinema Network has found out that the pirated copy of Suriya's new release 24 was shot at PVR Cinemas, Orion Mall in Bangalore. Qube has analyzed the pirated copy with the help of Forensic Watermarking and has reported that the movie was shot at the mentioned screen on the release day (May 6) at around 9.45 am.

Following this, 24 team has withdrawn screening their movie across all PVR properties in Tamil Nadu. The team is also planning to escalate the matter to Producers' Council for further action.

Our View: Stringent action must be taken against the theatre employees who indulge in piracy and the cinema halls should also make sure that their screens are absolutely pirate-proof.
