Theri completes 25 days 

Vijay's Theri, which released on April 14, is successfully completing 25 days theatrical run today. Despite receiving mixed reviews and the initial tussle between distributors and Chengalpet theatre owners, Theri turned out to be a blockbuster hit for Vijay, breaking many records at major territories in Tamil Nadu and overseas locations. The movie had also entered Rs 100 crore club following his Thuppakki and Kaththi.

Theri, starring Vijay, Samantha and Amy Jackson in the lead roles, is directed by Atlee. Music is by GV Prakash and the movie is produced by Kalaippuli S Thanu.
