Think Music bags Ilayaraja's 1000th album

"Thara Thappattai" is an upcoming movie of director Bala starring Sasikumar and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in the lead roles. The movie is all set to hit the screens on Pongal 2016. Lyca will be distributing the movie worldwide. The movie marks Ilayaraja's 1000th film. Think Music has grabbed the audio rights of the movie.

Tharathapatai is said to be a movie based on "Karagattam". Bala's lucky mascot "Isaignani" Ilayaraja scores music. Cinematographer Chezian who worked with Bala in Paradesi handles the camera.
