Confirmed: Bala's Thaarai Thapatai for Pongal 2016

"Thara Thappattai" is an upcoming movie of  director Bala starring Sasikumar and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in the lead roles. The movie is all set to hit the screens on Pongal 2016. Lyca will be distributing the movie worldwide. The movie is currently in the post production stage.  Tharathapatai is said to be a movie based on "Karagattam". Bala's lucky mascot "Isaignani" Ilayaraja scores music. Cinematographer Chezian who worked with Bala in Paradesi handles the camera.
